Matthew,

The conversion process from 4.05CD is an "automatic" process that is
provided by Infor.

You have the option to convert one release up at a time or just convert
from 4.05CD to LX.

I strongly recommend that you go back onto maintenance so that your
company realize the many added benefits of ERPlx.

If you have any further questions or are in need of assistance please
contact me directly.

Subject: [BPCS-L] Upgrade Path

Hi, all:

We are currently on BPCS 4.05CD, does anyone out there know how many
steps we would need to upgrade to 8.3? I think we would have to go to a
6 version before we can get to 8. We are trying to decide whether it
pays to get back onto maintenance in order to get the enhanced features
of BPCS LX. Any comments would be appreciated.
