Hi Tom

Do you know what Infor did when they signed on to your PC's ? I know we
reduced the memory to 0.5GB and it worked but if there is another way (and
from your post it seems there might be) then that would be great.

It's a known problem - We had the same problem - the infor helpdesk
dialled in to our PCs and sorted it for us.
