Hi Mike,

Two things come to mind - first, have you checked on the IBM website for PTFs for BPCS at V5R4? And second, when I worked at SSA we had a 24/7/365 Helpline because cover was provided from Australia, Hong Kong, Europe and the US, and these all overlapped in terms of time zone etc. I'm sure not all countries have a Bank Holiday today. Have you tried calling some of their Asian offices??? I've just checked my diary and it is not a holiday in NZ, OZ, China or Singapore....
Offhand, I'm not sure what changed between 6.01 and 6.02.
Hope this helps,

cheers,

Clare (in the UK, but here it is a holiday!)

Subject: [BPCS-L] Order Entry Issues after Upgrading from V5R2 t oV5R4

Hello

I just upgraded a IBM 825 from OS 400 V5R2 to V5R4.

I have two Version of BPCS 61.01 and 61.02 in Mixed Mode.

My 61.01 Order Entry Program will not write new records to the ECL file.

The 61.02 Order Entry program will write records.

Any Ideas.

Call SSA Support - Could not get any assistance because of the holiday.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Mike
