We are on 4.05 there is a CST module. It does Standard and Last cost.
We made some modification to do job cost averaging. It doesn't handle
mixed cost very well. That is where you buy and make inhouse the same
item number. You can divide cost into buckets. We use material,
labor, and benefits.

Subject
[BPCS-L] Job Costing

We are currently on 4.05CD. Our business is expanding rapidly in areas
related to projects. Management is considering a move to the latest
version of BPCS because of a desire for job costing.

What we are wondering is if BPCS has a job costing module, or if they will

attempt to use the configurable ledger to approximate the same thing.
Anybody know one way or the other?
