In all cases you will need additional software to interface the BPCS
spool files to a bar coded printer.

The software will need to interface the outputted fields that you deem
necessary to be bar code printed.

Call Real time technologies in Exton PA at 484 875 9460 (They have a
new company name now).

They will answer your questions from BPCS 6.1.00 and forward to ERPlx.

Gregory,

Thanks for the reply, but I don't see how it answers my questions
concerning the capabilities of ERP LX.

Do you have any specific information about ERP LX? Or even the v6
releases of BPCS?

Thank you,

Charles Wilt

Most generally the bar code generation software works off
either data in a
spool file or extracted data from the data base.

Within most these software solutions barcode printing is an integral
component of the product while in others the capability is an add on
feature.

Just curious as to how barcoded label printing is handled in shops
running ERP LX.

Does BPCS include any integral capabilities?

Does BPCS interface with external application such as TL Ashford's
Barcode/400? How?

Thank you,
