  INV300- location inventory panel has qty in integer by design. If you need
  in fractions then you need to change code

  There are many reasons for Facility planning data (CIC) record
  getting created like BOM creation, stock transfer, cost
  creation/updation.. pl chk some of events must have caused the records
  created
