If you do this via a program make sure that you review the results in
the field values in HPH and HPO before and after you manually close a PO
and then emulate the values in the program.

Then run the on-order inventory re-set.  The AVM file is also changed.

Subject: [BPCS-L] Closing PO's

We have BPCS 6.1.01 and I am looking for a way to do a mass close of a
PO range. I manually did this by option 12 on every PO but if its not
available in BPCS I want to create a program to do this mass change.
Does anyone know what files other than the HPH, HPO that need to be
updated when you close a PO. These are PO's with no process against
them.
