Take a look at what REORG is available on your version of BPCS.
In some cases, you can delete the summary record via DFU then run the reorg that gets rid of orphan records.

Of course, as others have said, getting done what you want in an expeditious way, might not be in the best interests of the integrity of your BPCS accounting. My people tell me to kill stuff all the time, and I do so, constantly reminding them that while there is undelete capability for the AS/400, we have not purchased it, so if we kill the wrong thing, tough.

I have a PO with several hundred lines some of which have been received
and I want to close the others. The system won't let me select option 12
to close because some of the lines have been received. Is there a way to
close it without manually closing each line that is left open?
