Hi,
I recently had the same problem and it was because of a duplicate record
(guid) in the TPEC file. Deleting the duplicate solved the problem.

Subject: [BPCS-L] ECM TELB question

Thank you for your response to my first question regarding the cleanup of
the TELB file.
It appears that my file is growing because of error message UMN0288 -
Outbound Request has been process longer than defined alert days.
Is there something missing in the ECM setup that is causing this error to
repeat over and over and over.
The alert days in data dock is set to 9 days, attemps
9.............................
Does anyone know how prevent this error in the future?
Thank you,
Sheila
