We're running 6.1.01 as well and upgraded to v5r3. SSA has a BMR for
the TCP/IP programs for CEA.

I believe this BMR was created for v5r3, I was told the new version
would not work with v5r2.

Thanks

When you upgrade to V5R3 you have to make sure that you somehow get the
MR's from SSA regarding the use of embedded SQL statements in many BPCS
programs.

The IBM website has reference to the MR's look for SSA. The URL is

We are on BPCS 6.1.01 and are going to upgrade to V5R3 next year. Where
do we need to look for potential problems? We do not have support with
SSA. Has anyone upgraded to V5R3 on the same version as we are on and if
so what type of problems did you have?
