Sure.......MRP500 and MRP600 use the order policy code
plus other parameters to define what to order and when.
BUT
WHY would you invent a new requirements report ??
Maybe use the output of MRP....namely the KFP file...
It contains the suggested orders needed 
based on on hand, demand, order policy.....
