× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I'm probably not the right person to answer this.  However, I do know that 
SSA is going over installations for compliance with the licensing terms 
(e.g. number of users under license v. actual users) and being very 
aggressive with getting $$.
