Hi Dan,

They will count the user profiles in all your ZSC etc files, so make sure
you have cleared out any redundant ones! Their software sits on a PC and at
intervals checks the wrkactjob active jobs, and for each one looks at the
program stack to identify if it is using BPCS. It will also check spool
files etc.
If you need any help clearing out old profiles, our BPCS Archiving software
has a tool to do that - otherwise it is not so easy, as they are in several
different files.
