We are 6.1.1 mixed mode. I know that this is a documented problem with a BMR to fix it, but we are no longer under support and I know of no way we can get the BMR. Setting the compatibility mode got this to work for us. Not a pretty or long term solution, but one that allows us to get by.

There is no incompatibility between BPCS C/S v6.1.01 and Windows 2000 /
XP. There is incompatibility of BPCS C/S v6.0.02 (and possibly 6.0.04
but it's been too long for me to remember) running on Windows 2000 / XP.
If you have BPCS client troubles, they can be resolved through getting
the client current by applying client BMRs and OPS Service Pack level 32
or above. The account inquiry bug is known and fixed.

Setting compatibility mode to Windows 95 on the PC .exe helped us.

Background - We are running 6.1.01, mixed-mode. We couldn't upgrade
PC's to Windows 2000 because of some incompatibility between that and
BPCS CEA client, but found that XP seemed to be okay.

Specific problem - Using the Account Inquiry function, user gets the
inquiry to come up, but clicking on a field immediately closes the
session and leaves the GIH record locked.

Any similar problems or known fixes? Thanks.
