BPCS 4.05CD with TLE

I have to organise the transfer of an As/400 which is running BPCS 4.05CD
with TLE from a location in France to a location in Germany. I am
experiencing problems with Deutche Telecom who I have asked to instal an
x.25 connection so that we can collect our EDI over oftp. Does anyone out
there know what spec of x.25 I need to ask for?
