Older versions of FRW will not work on XP.

You will need to get and apply BMR 39659 to upgrade your ALAUNCH program
as well as several other BMR's to allow FRW to work on XP.

We're fighting through this right now.

Subject: Using BPCS v6.0.02 Mixed Mode Client Server (COM) on XP?

Does anybody have experience of using BPCSv6.x Mixed Mode Client Software
on Windows XP?

We are currently doing a rollout of XP desktops and have done some testing
on XP and have not yet encountered any problems with COM software (we only
use Order Entry and RMAs no CEA).

I would appreciate any learnings from anyone who is using 'old' BPCS
software on XP, keeping in mind that for example the 6.0.02 Mixed Mode
software was originally used on Win95.

Regards

Gerald Lewis
