What version of BPCS are you on?
I have never heard of Multi-level shop order

Are you referring to BOM having multiple layers, in which case we have one shop order for each manufactured item in the product structure.

Transactions posted to shop orders go to GL the same linkage way as other inventory.
They go into inventory history without the GL flag for having been posted to GL.
Then some accounting person runs INV920 GLD540 and there's the days's transactions into GL with usually an error list, for combinations that we had failed to setup GL accounts on.
and now those transactions have the flag that they gone into GL.
