Hi Kylea 

Rather than deleting the record from GJH completely why not change the 
record id field so that the record is logically deleted.  This is the first 
field in the record.  Change it to 'JZ'.  Then rerun your trial balance and see 
if it has changed.

Are you completely sure there's no GJD records that relate to the journal in 
error. 
Try using runqry *n GJD  with record select *YES  and select the journal 
number 
that is in error.
