Please bear in mind the QAQQINI 'solution' provided by IBM is temporary. No
promise that they won't remove the supress warning option where you select
more fields than you have defined to receive.

Ultimately you will need to change the code.

Yes, I have helped several clients upgrade to V5r1 and V5r2 with versions of
BPCS that were not 'fixed'. The only thing you have to do is make a small
change to QAQQINI to tell the system to ignore SQL errors. You do have to
ensure you have all required PTFs beforehand though, and this means cum plus
Database Group plus any extras, check the latest ones on the IBM website.
Also you need to run the STROBJCVN against all the objects, otherwise you
can get locking problems as the objects are dynamically converted on first
use, causing BPCS programs to fall over. The upgrade takes a long weekend!
V5R2 is better than V5R1. It's a good idea to upgrade all the client access
at the same time. If your client has different languages on the system this
could cause a few problems too. If you would like more details or help,
contact me offline,

cheers,

Clare
