You can only report production on an operation that has "Collect Data this
Operation" set to 1 on the routing. It's on the 2nd screen of routing
maintenance. Any operation that is lower than that one with "Collect Data this
Operation" set to 0 will be backflushed, down to the next operation that has
"Collect Data this Operation" set to 1.

For example,
You might have operation 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. Only
operations 10 and 20 have Collect Data this Operation set to 1. When you report
production on op 10, you will backflush ops 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. When you report
production on op 20, you will backflush ops 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19.

Hope this helps,

Richard

Is that an operation or a BoM component?
