You don't want it to run in Qbatch! (But, you're right, it shouldn't run in
QINTER either.)

It is a 'client/server' batch job, and needs to run in a special subsystem
with CEA500 jobs and perhaps the BPCS TCP/IP jobs.
You need to change the Orderpost job description(s) to point to a new job
queue you create in this subsystem, we normally call it ORDERPOST, and this
job queue can have more than one job running concurrently - say 3.
Create a special class called BPCS in QGPL, with a timeslice of 200 and a
priority of 20. This ensures that the ORD701B jobs will run at interactive
priority. Remember, you have interactive jobs such as order entry waiting on
them.
Add this class to the routing entry in the subsystem.

To get the CEA500 jobs to work this way too, you need to 1) change the job
description(s) QCPRJOBD to point to a new job queue in this subsystem called
CEAPOST, and then go into BPCS and type OEAMNU on a command line. There is
an option which allows you to specify how CEA jobs will run. (If you have
BPCS 'full client/server' this may not work, then you will need to use DFU
and change the ZQG file manually.)
Change the CEA500 record to have Batch/0, and to point to the CEAPOST job
queue.
