BPCS 405CD

In SFC540, there is a BMR 3729 that removed the call to the subroutine that
explodes the material requirements for a Co-Product added to a shop order.
Can anyone fill me in as to why this explosion would not be desirable?  I'm
going to restore the subroutine call unless I get a good reason not to.
