We have created a jobq that is on hold all the time and a userid that
submits jobs to this jobq. The user submits MRP500 and MRP600 as well as
some capacity jobs into this jobq. We added a job to the AS/400 job
scheduler to release this jobq at the appropriate time so the jobs can run.
Simple and cheap.

Hi all,

We are at BPCS 6102. We are planning to use the AS/400 job scheduler to
automate the job submission for the BPCS standard program MRP500 and
MRP600.
Does anyone have the ideas on the parameters to be parsed in when we call
from the customized CL program? Such as the starting date, facility, net
change/regenerative flag and etc? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank
you.
