RE: BPCS Files

The color combination for my browser means the file names invisible except where mouse pointing, but print screen gets at the list.

Top of each page might say WHAT VERSION BPCS this file layout is for, or if you feel ambitious add a column to indicate version BPCS this field either showed up, or had its content rules changed.

Is there a potential problem with BPCS Licensing to place this on a site accessible by people who do not have BPCS license ??? i.e. might SSA GT have a problem with this?

What does field usage mean? (both)

ITH has many fields whose population varies by transaction type.

Perhaps add a column for purpose of giving name of file that is the master file for this control field.
Leave room for dual, such as facility vs. non-facility control file.

I'd vote for file nomenclature, BPCS name, Use and any know links
