I'm really loose on maintenance, if only because we're not a volatile shop,
but I will regularly, say at lunch-time, sit down at that menu and key, just
like this:

1 <ENTER> <ENTER>
2 <ENTER> <ENTER>
3 <ENTER> <ENTER> ad nauseum, down to option 10.

Then I'll run option 22,23 and 24.

I don't use, usually, BPCS tools to handle the member deletions and reorg's,
relying more on AS/400 tools. The only file that I've seen go nuts,
size-wise, was ESN on a version 6 installation.

Subject: Resets, Cleanups on 4.05cd

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering what anyone would recommend for file resets and cleanups.
Specifically referring to the SSAZ01 menu of "File resets and Clean Up.

The only ones I run on a regular (monthly) basis are:

INV970 - Lot Loc. Cont Recs w/o Inv.
INV972 - Reset Inventory balance in IIM from ILI

...and I run them in that order.

I've not yet been frustrated enough to run SYS122. (Clear BPCS Files) <grin>
