Production Schedule

Dear BPCS professional;

We use 6002plf cum mar98 Full c/s.

We are pharmaceutical company. We have production which can have output
600000 tablet every day but a batch production need 2 days to finished. We
have set the daily lead time rate to 600000 table perday and lead time is 2
days.
A process need 5 routing, if first bacht move to second operation the first
operation can be start for second batch.

What setting that I need to consider ? 

Currently when I run a MPS the production only can produce or receive a
batch every 2 days.
