Check your Carrier setup in the OLM100 program. The freight charge code
on
the second screen in carrier maintenance should be populated with the item
class you want to use for the special charge.

Greetings,

We are attempting to use flat rates in 6.04 OLM client. We can put in the
flat rate ok and get through billing.
The flat rate does not post to the general ledger. We get an error.
I can see the flat rate as a special line in SIL. There is no item class
on the special line.
We do not have a great deal of experience in setting up macro's and alias
etc.

Does anyone know how we can make this work?
We have been working with the help line and are continuing to do so but
are still stuck.

Any help will be appreciated.

TIA,
