Andrea,

The field you are referring to is usually updated by the ORD system.
As
orders are entered, revised and ship confirmed.  The program that was
suggested updates the open AR amount, not the open order amount.

COPEN should be the sum of HDTOT in the ECH file for all open orders
for
a
given customer.  I am not aware of any BPCS provided program to
correct
this
amount.
