If you are talking about the AS/400 password -and- you have Windows 95 or
98 -and- you are using Client Access Express, there is a Passwords applet
in the Control Panel.

If you have another operating system on your PC, they may also be accessed
through the Client Access Properties program off the Start/Programs/IBM
AS400 Client Access Express menu.  There is a Passwords tab.
