I ran a cross excellent Form Package.
You can download fully working demo. (it prints Unregistered on the middle
of pages)
Go to http://www.fabsoft.com/products/reform/reform.html
You can download demo than go to the training section to learn the tool.
You can create form than email, fax, print with Enterprise Version or Just
print with Standard Version.
I was able to download, learn, crate from, and print a form all in one day.
Great tool at very very cheap price.

Folks --

We are considering a forms package, such as FormsPrint, to take the
standard output and make is laser-friendly and cleaner.

Have any of you implemented such packages and what suggestions do you
have?  Are there any that have generic BPCS forms already built?

We are at 4.0.03 with Y2K done custom using windowing.
