Look at ZEF file. This file is used for COM and ECM processing messages. If
there are "BUSY not found *LIBL", delete all of them. Sometimes messages in
ZEF can create a big mess. SSA recommends to clean ZEF file on a regular
bases.

Subject: ECM Error message

We are modified version 6.04.

We are getting a log of ECM kick outs with the repeated error message of
"BUSY not found *LIBL".

Ironically we have run for two years and have never seen this message; now
we are seeing it quite frequently. Can anyone point me in a direction?
