We are using version 6.1.01. Most of our orders come in through EDI, using ECM
and RMS. I would like to be able to report delivery performance but am having a
difficult time tracking actual delivery vs. original requested date. You see,
when the data is pulled from RMS, the order lines in ECL are overwritten with
the latest release requirements. In addition, we have lead-time requirements
that, if violated, should not constitute a late shipment. So, we have to know
which release requirements violate lead times and eliminate those from the
calculation.

Has anyone done anything with BPCS to measure deliver performance? How have you
overcome the above obstacles?
