Mike,

There could be several causes for this.  I would first check the limits on
the promotion (dates, quantity ranges).  Does the customer have a negative
YTD sales.  Is there a valid price set up for the customer and item
combination? Do you have the latest versions of the promotion and order entry
programs (beyond cume 01)  There were several promotion program bugs
corrected after that cume.
