Before you invest in the two solutions you mentioned, I would take a look at
Integrated Barcoding Systems, package called QuikTrac.  We have been using it at
our company in three facilities and found it to be the best solution for us and
our BPCS applications.  This was not only a good solution but was implemented in
less then 3-months at a great price.
