I work for a company called Unbeaten Path International.  We have several
manuals that cover manufacturing for version 4.05CD.  We have the following:
    "Overview Training for BPCS"
    "BPCS v.4 Inventory Training"
    "Going Live with BPCS MPS/MRP"
    "Going Live with BPCS Capacity Planning"
All are good manuals, that can be used for hands-on implementation and can
act as reference materials later on.  Obviously, I am biased because I work
with Unbeaten Path, but I had a set that I used while working as a client.
