Cust Orders Completed

I am aware that BPCS 405 CD has no customer order purge program like ORD has
in V6 & BIL had in BPCS/36.  I need to write our own purge program because
for every one good open customer order now operational, there are approx 25
that have delivered to the customers everything that we are going to be
sending.

There are files all over creation with soft deleted records that are not
going away.

Does ECH.HID = 'CZ' mean order is purgeable
or does ECH.HSTAT or other field(s) also need some specific value to consider
them purgeable?

Of our approx 8,000 'CZ' in member ECH
most are type 1 status 8
we have about 600 with type 1 status E
and 2-3 each of 1-4 7-E and 7-8

We have 623 RMA 'CZ' (member RETURN) including 1-E 1-8 7-E 7-8 9-E 9-8

We have 8 member QUOTE 'CZ' all 1-E
