There are many features that would be lost.
The Facility information would be lost has only warehouse level.
Is entirely in RPG III - no asset.
Not sure if the Function keys was standardized in that release.
Order entry status flag had far fewer values.
It was not Y2K compliant something had to be done to it to get it compliant.
You would have to make custom programs to convert the data.
Would recommend they go to BPCS 4.05 CD and stable there.

It maybe they only want a few application from the 2.0 version.
Perhaps moving those program to 4.05 might make since.
