Sandy,

We have also had issues with the EWR file. This is the work file for pick
release. We clear the file during our nightly jobs while everyone is off
the system.

Subject: EWR data in file ... ??? ...

--
[ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ]

Hello Everyone,

Can someone advise me on when / how the data gets updated
       in the EWR file?

Our shipping dept. cannot pick confirm customer orders at times.

What I'll do is delete the record in the EWR file, then the customer
order will show in pick confirm.

I found this to work, but I'm wondering why? Why should I have to
delete the record so our shipping dept. can process the order thru
pick confirm? Are we doing something else wrong?

       Please advise.

Thanks,
Sandy
