PDT logical delete in 6.0.2

Hi All,

6.0.02 Mixed Mode - March Cum.

How  do I get PDT records to a status of "DZ"??

My ECH orders are in a status of CZ, and 00001, and were shipped 2 years ago
BUT has  PDT records all with "DT" status.   ECL records are also ZL and
00001.

Telling the user to go to PRO130 and delete the promotions from there is not
a reasonable option when we have 443,000 PDT records. 
        
How do the PDT records "normally" obtain the "DZ" status.
