FW: WHY

We are on release 6.02 with a number of ptf's applied.

We are having a problem with ITH records being generated with different
quantities than  what is reflected on the SIL/LLL/ECL records.

Unit of measure is not a problem; in  fact all quantities are the same.
We've looked at IPP; the ELA records are gone. Any suggestions?
