We open cast Polyurethane products and we are currently running BPCS Ver.
6.0.0.44 . We purchase two raw materials " A " & " B " and place these into BPCS
as consignment inventory. When we need to have polyurethane dispensed from our
machine we need to take " A " & " B " from consignment stock to make " C "
which then becomes $ in inv. . We do this by generating a shop order to fill the
machine . At the beginning of the month this shop order has a nominal value of
1kg . Daily usage is taken from the machine and at the end of the month the
shop order is adjusted to suit. Is there a better way this can be done thru
BPCS especially to control waste ,spillage , reporting back actual usage on
S/orders etc
Generally our mixes are a 1:1

Regards
                  Bruce
