We don't have olm per se - we don't do ship confirm.

We purchased a third party UPS system (Pitney Bowes) to weigh, rate and
label the UPS Fed Ex. We process some 600 to 800 per day with spikes in the
thousands.

Pick confirm was interfaced through Pitney Bowes but slowed entire process
down, so what was have the operator work ONLY with the Pitney Bowes system.
They weigh the parcel coupled with the downloaded information (ship to and
address) which allows them to produce a multi part label. One label goes on
package, another part of the label is attached (ground track number) onto
our internal pick/pack slip. These are then sent to the office for pick
confirming. Meanwhile, labeled packages are on there way out of the building
even though we may not have completed the system work (pick confirm).
