The only way at 405CD to physically purge this file is via DFU/SQL.

Half our General Ledger Periods are coded kaput ... is there some standard
BPCS option that makes ancient periods (coded "PZ" in record id) fly away
from oru data base or do we need another little clean up effort on this file?
 I am tempted to use DFU since there's not a whole lot of excess here.
