Check Adjustments Flag in Transaction Effect Maintenance (INV150) for transaction type 'T'. That may be accidently set as blank, instead of a 'Y'.

Although it is reserved type transaction and an override key have to be used to maintain it, but you never know.

We are running BPCS 6.00.04 and have at one of our facilities experienced
the following.

A location to location transfer ( 'T' trans) on occasion will not deduct
the inventory from the "FROM" location but still generates the history
record in the ITH file. Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted as we
have run out of ideas. We are up to date on all BMRs

Thanks - Peter
