If it was a Post Ship Billing Cycle that crashed you could check BIL608
which would show any post ship orders entered but not yet put through BIL620
and BIL630. You will see here which workstation they refer to and you could
try and finish the cycle from that workstation. Or in BIL608 you could copy
the incomplete post ship billing records to your own workstation and finish
from there.

Also avoid running any of the SYS re-set programs until your Billing Cycle
is complete.

        can we fix the system if the interactive Billing crashes.
