FW: BPCS support alternatives

The source code comment was:  if you contracted for source code, you will
have it.  If you did not contract for it, you will need to pay for it.

Martin,

Is this true?  As/Set is going away maybe?

Other things like this came out of the conferece and hit this list.  Like
we're
going to charge for source code.  Where can users go for OGS other than SSA
etc...  I think we need to address these issues but I do not know what is
all
planned so I find it difficult to create a response.  Is this something we
should work on together?

SSA also announced at the BPCS Conference this week that AS/SET may be going
away...
