A lot of BPCS is "written" in AS/Set.
If AS/Set goes away, are they saying what BPCS will now be "written" in?

Will this be a tool that is used ONLY by SSA like AS/Set was, or something
that is more of a computer "standard."

Will SSA get some kind of conversion tool to take code that is now in AS/Set
& migrate it to whatever new tool they will be using & will SSA be willing to
share this tool with their clients at a fair price?

Does SSA still plan to support BPCS on every platform under the sun, in which
they cannot use the power of native 400 Unix or MS because whatever they
write has to work on every platform & soon we will be hearing that Linux will
be added to the collection? <G>

What is unlucky about "7" in the rest of the world? (SSA version 8.0 next)
I understand why "13" is unlucky among Christianity outside the USA.
I can explain why "13" is lucky inside the USA, if I can dig up my e-mail
about history lessons on the US dollar bill.
