Jane,

We are on CD and V4R4 and now at Lvl40.  I asked your same question here
once before and got a lot of answers.  Later, I asked someone at SSA who
could give me the definitive answer; and that was that CD runs fine at 40 -
except for a few modules - BIR and (I believe) BEM.
