I am not familiar with a Dee Sea ... could this be el typo & you really mean 
a Pea Sea?  We also BPCS 405 CD but only 4 MFG facilities, in which MRP is 
used very heavily to manage daily factory requirements.

UPI has several products that we are NOT using, including some in which the 
MRP data goes from the AS/400 to a Pea Sea for a number of reasons, one of 
which being more intelligible reports than those written by SSA.  Check out
