Same for us :

We had this problem in one of our subsidiary in Australia. Pc would freeze 
every now and then. After 1year and a half of constant discussions/test with 
SSA (Australia/France/Chicago...), we finally ran some test on WINNT and 
discover that this pb was over!!!

Martha-

We switched to Windows NT for the PC.  When user's tab key stops working -
she closes BPCS and restarts.  She doesn't reboot anymore and she hasn't
locked up since we switched her to Windows NT.
